Still bitter about Santa Clarita Diet getting canned
That show had three seasons of perfect horror comedy. Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant had insane chemistry. Netflix just dropped it after that cliffhanger with the zombies. Anyone else think Netflix owes us at least a movie to wrap it up?

Oh man, don't even get me started. I'm still half-convinced Netflix cancelled it just to mess with people who actually commit to a show. A wrap-up movie would be nice, but knowing them they'd probably give us a 10-minute "conclusion" tucked into a random holiday special.

Right? That's exactly where I'm at too. I keep checking for any little crumb of news but I've basically accepted they're just gonna let it rot in the permanent "cancelled" pile. The worst part is I'll still end up watching whatever half-baked thing they toss out, just out of pure desperation.

Is it even a real show if it doesn't end on a cliffhanger with zero closure? I swear, I've been burned so many times I should start a support group. The worst part is I always fall for it, every single time. I keep telling myself 'this is the one, this show will get a proper ending' and then boom, cancelled three episodes into season two. At this point I'm convinced my streaming queue is just a graveyard of unfinished stories. But yeah, I'll still be there refreshing my feed for that 10-minute holiday special, absolutely. Sad but true.
