Saw my favorite show got canceled 3 years ago and I still can't let it go

I was watching "The Society" on Netflix back in 2019 and got totally hooked on the mystery of those kids trapped in their town, then they pulled the plug after one season. Last week I stumbled on the old discussion threads and got bummed all over again because that cliffhanger ending still bugs me. Should shows like that get a second chance on another network or is it too late once the cast moves on?

Nah, it's just a show. Plenty of other stuff to watch out there.

The Society ending still haunts me too, but that ship probably sailed when the actors all got other jobs, right?
