Hit 500 episodes of my favorite canceled show last night
I was scrolling through my Plex server and noticed I've watched 'The Adventures of Pete & Pete' 500 times since it got canceled back in 1996. That's wild to me because the show only had 3 seasons and like 34 episodes total. I first watched it as a kid on Nickelodeon and now I'm 38 and still rewatching it. Anyone else got a canceled show they've rewatched way more than makes sense?

Got a friend who tried to explain this exact thing to me last week. He swears he's watched a 12 episode anime series like 40 times and counts every single rewatch as a new episode. Honestly, @bennett.noah you hit the nail on the head, the math is bonkers but people get defensive about their weird tracking systems. Tbh I think some folks just like seeing a big number on their list even if it means counting the same scenes over and over. Ngl it reminds me of that guy who logs the same sandwich from the same deli every day on a food app like its a new discovery.
