Serious question, why is nobody canceling the $60 online course guys who ghost you?
I dropped $60 on a 6 hour online course about flipping used furniture last spring and the guy vanished after 3 lessons. His last upload was 14 months ago and the Facebook group for buyers is just 400 people posting "hello?" with no answer. Meanwhile he still runs ads on Instagram showing a garage full of dressers he never actually sold. I get that people deserve second chances when they own up and fix stuff, but this dude took money from maybe a thousand people and just walked away. So where is the line between forgive and cancel for small time scammers like this? Is it a refund thing, a review thing, or do we just let it go because it was only $60?
400 people posting hello with no answer" is the whole story right there. That's not a guy who got overwhelmed and went quiet, that's a guy who took the cash and dipped. $60 times a thousand people is 60 grand, that's not small time, that's a whole scam. Cancel the reviews at least, leave the 1 star everywhere he's still running ads so new people don't get got. Forgive him when he comes back and refunds folks, until then he's just a dude stealing lunch money from strangers.
