Watched a local shop owner go from 'beloved' to 'canceled' in about 72 hours over one old tweet
A coffee shop owner I've bought from for 4 years got torn apart online after someone found a tweet from 2013 where he made a dumb joke about a politician's looks. Within 3 days he had 2 one-star review bombs, lost a wholesale account, and posted a 12 minute apology video that only made it worse. Is there any coming back from something that old, or does the internet just never let it go?
