PSA: A viewer pointed out my old tweets were using a slur I didn't even know was offensive, so I deleted them and now I run everything through a text checker before posting.

Has anyone else had to completely overhaul their online presence because of something you didn't realize was harmful at the time?

Oh man, that MySpace comment hits home. I found an old blog from college and cringed so hard I had to shut it down. It's wild how much our understanding of what's okay to say has changed in just a decade.
