Hit 100th call-out this week and it made me think about second chances

I was keeping a loose tally of plumbers I've seen dragged online for bad work or overcharging, and this week I hit exactly 100 names on my list. It started as a joke, but then I noticed about 30 of those guys had follow-up posts from customers saying they fixed the issue or gave a refund. That got me thinking, are we too quick to cancel a plumber over one bad job, especially when they make it right later? Has anyone else seen a public figure or local business come back from a call-out and actually earn back trust?

Yeah honestly I've seen a few local guys come back from a bad review by owning it and fixing stuff.

Wait, are you counting the same guys multiple times if they got called out more than once? Seems like your numbers might be a little off if you include repeat offenders.
