Can we talk about how 500 signatures on a petition did nothing to a guy who deserved it?
There was a bar owner in my town who got caught on video mocking a disabled vet, and within a day a Change.org petition hit 500 signatures demanding his license get pulled. Nothing happened, no charges, no closure, he still runs the place. Am I crazy for thinking a pile of online signatures is just noise when there is no real consequence behind it?
