That guy at the gear shop told me to skip the expensive tent footprint
Ngl, I was dead set on buying a $50 footprint for my new tent, but the old timer at the shop in Flagstaff said just use a cheap tarp. Three rainy nights near the Grand Canyon later, my tent floor is bone dry and I saved $40. Has anyone else had luck ignoring the fancy add-ons?
