I found out my sleeping bag is only rated for 50 degrees, not 30 like I thought

I checked the tag again after a miserable night in Colorado last month and it said 'comfort 50' in tiny print under the big '30' on the front, is this false advertising or am I just dumb?

Honestly, it's not really false advertising, it's just them using the "limit" rating for the big number instead of the comfort rating. The 30 is probably the lower survival limit where you'll be miserable but won't die, the 50 is what you actually need to be comfortable.
