Hit 1,000 shutter repairs this week, but the numbers feel off

I passed 1,000 shutter repairs on Tuesday, but that count includes 214 from the last 6 months. Do you count the quick clean-and-lube jobs as real repairs, or just the ones where you tore the whole thing down? I'm starting to think my milestone is inflated, but maybe that's the point of tracking at all. What's your cutoff for a legit repair?

Tracked 312 repairs last year the same way. I count anything that fixes the actual mechanism, so clean and lube jobs go in my numbers too. But I also keep a seperate count on a sticky note for full teardowns, just for my own sanity. That way the big number is for the wall, but the real number is for me. If it takes less than 15 minutes and you dont pull the shutter off, thats not a repair in my book, thats maintenance.
