Found a vintage Rolleiflex at a thrift store in Portland

I was at a Goodwill in Portland yesterday and spotted a Rolleiflex 3.5F sitting on a shelf for $40. The lens looks clean and the shutter fires on all speeds, but the focusing knob is stiff. Has anyone else run into a stuck Rolleiflex focus and found a fix that doesn't require tearing the whole thing apart?

Man, I used to think thrift store camera finds were overhyped, but $40 for a Rolleiflex 3.5F totally changed my mind. Good luck with that focus knob!

Man I used to roll my eyes at those "thrift store score" posts too @alexw75 but a $40 Rolleiflex 3.5F would definitely shut me up real quick. That's the kind of luck that makes you start checking every Goodwill on your route.
