A customer told me my repair notes were impossible to read

I mean, I've always just scribbled stuff down for myself, but a guy came back with a Pentax K1000 I fixed and said he couldn't make sense of my handwriting at all. He wanted to know what I'd replaced, and I had to basically translate my own notes out loud. I started typing up a simple checklist for every job now, just a few lines in plain text. Has anyone else made a switch like that after getting called out?

Haha same here, my own repair notes looked like chicken scratches too!

Wow, even you couldn't read your own writing, that's a new low.
