Unpopular opinion: the espresso machine at my cafe in Austin pulled way better shots before I switched to a higher-end grinder 4 months ago

I really thought upgrading to a $3,500 grinder would fix everything but instead it's been nothing but clumping and channeling issues, has anyone else found that newer gear actually messes with your flow?

Had the same thing happen with my setup.

Richard, you're bringing back some bad memories with that one. My whole setup crashed three times before I realized I plugged the power cord into the wrong port. Classic me move, right? Had to laugh about it because crying would've been too dramatic. At least we both lived to tell the tale.
