This new toaster oven cut our morning rush by 15 minutes at Brew & Bite on Sunset
I run a small cafe in Silver Lake, and we were using this ancient conveyor toaster that took forever to heat up. Last month I swapped it for a smaller countertop model for $220. The first morning I had a batch of bagels ready in 3 minutes instead of 8. My barista said it saved her sanity during the 7 AM wave. We also cut our electric bill by $40 because the old one was a power hog. Any other owners notice a big shift by swapping out a single piece of gear?

Honestly, this is exactly the kind of switch that people sleep on until they do it. Tbh I swapped out a beat-up old espresso machine at my spot for a newer model and the time savings were unreal. My morning rush used to be a total nightmare, but now things just flow way smoother. Ngl, I also noticed a drop in my power bill, maybe not $40 but enough that it felt like a win. The smaller counter space is a bonus too, we fit a cold brew tap in the spot the old machine took up. It's crazy how one piece of gear can mess up or fix your whole morning.

Hey @holly_sanchez75, did rearranging your counter also accidentally make you rediscover an old appliance you forgot you had?

Gotta wonder if the smaller footprint helped you rearrange your counter space too. When I swapped my old clunky blender for a slimmer model in my kitchen at home, it freed up room for a proper coffee station that made my whole morning flow better. Sometimes the hidden win is just having less clutter to work around. Sounds like a solid upgrade all around.
