That one customer who asked for a refund after drinking half the latte

Had a lady last Tuesday come in and order our house blend, drank about 2/3 of it, then brought it back saying it was too bitter and she wanted her $4.75 back. I offered to remake it with an extra shot of vanilla but she just kept insisting on a refund. Do you guys draw a line somewhere on partial consumption or just give in to keep the peace?
