Swapped out our old drip machine for a $2k pour-over station.

Right? I saw a machine last week that costs more than my rent. @theasmith, some of these grinders alone are like a grand for basically a fancy pepper mill. I almost bought a scale that was two hundred bucks just to weigh beans. This hobby makes no sense sometimes.
