Serious question, has anyone else tried that new 'BeanSync' inventory app?

Paid for the full year upfront. $240. It was supposed to auto-order supplies. Messed up my whole oat milk order last month. Had to run to the store three times in one week. Total waste. Anyone got a better system they actually trust?

My grocery app's auto-reorder once sent me 8 gallons of milk because I had a big family brunch once. Totally get you, abby_wilson51. I had to give it all away before it went bad. Now I just use a notepad on the fridge like my grandma did.

Yeah, the whole auto-order thing sounds great until it fails. I tried a similar app that was supposed to manage my paper goods. It decided I needed a new 12-pack of napkins every single week. My closet looked like a warehouse by the time I noticed. You really have to check the logs every single order, which defeats the whole point of it being automatic. I just use a basic spreadsheet now and set a calendar reminder.
