Was tossing almost a fifth of every bag because bulk sat too long and pulled stale shots. Fresh weekly drops from a guy two miles away cut waste to 4% and the drinks actually taste like something. Anybody else made the switch to smaller roasters, and did you keep one bulk option for cold brew?
