Pro tip: I just served my 500th 'secret menu' latte to a regular who always asks for extra foam.

It made me realize we've basically created a whole drink that's not on the board. Anyone else have a weirdly popular off-menu item?

lol we had a regular who wanted a chai with a shot of espresso, but we called it a 'dirty chai' on the receipt. Now half the town orders it.

That name always felt a bit off to me. It makes a good drink sound kind of unappealing. I'd just call it a chai latte add shot.

Ugh, that's how EVERYTHING gets a weird name now.
