Pro tip: a customer at my spot in Echo Park asked for oat milk in their iced coffee and it totally changed our menu
I was working the bar last Thursday when this regular, Sarah, ordered her usual but with oat instead of dairy, and she mentioned she'd come more if we had a few plant options. We added three oat and almond choices the next day, and sales went up like 15% that weekend. Has anyone else in LA seen a big bump from just adding one or two alt-milks?

Totally saw the same thing at my old place in Silver Lake. Started stocking oat and almond behind the counter, not even on the menu board. Had to reorder twice as fast. The key is getting a good brand that doesn't split in hot coffee, makes all the difference.
