One regular's napkin sketch fixed my bar flow problem

Back in March, a guy named Marco who comes in every Tuesday drew a U shape on a napkin and said my pastry case was blocking the milk station. He timed me for 10 minutes and showed I was walking 62 extra steps per drink. I moved the case two feet closer to the register and my line time dropped by about 40 seconds. Has anyone else had a customer spot a layout flaw you looked at every single day?
