That $40 Klein coax stripper saved my butt after three days of bad terminations

I kept getting intermittent signal at a condo complex in Denver until I swapped my cheap stripper for the Klein one and the center conductor finally stopped nicking, anyone else had a tool swap fix that weird intermittent issue?

Damn, three days of fighting a bad termination and it was the stripper all along? That's brutal. I've chased my tail for hours on stuff like that, but three days would've had me throwing tools across the parking lot.
