Guy in Tulsa asked me to move his modem 6 inches and it fixed everything
Had a service call last month in Tulsa where a guy kept losing wifi in his bedroom even though the modem was right there on his dresser. I moved it 6 inches off the floor and away from his TV and the dropouts stopped completely. He had been fighting it for 8 months and bought two extenders that never helped. How often do you all run into placement issues like that versus an actual signal problem?
