Best Tuesday I've had in a while - finished 4 jobs by 2pm

I had a day last month where every house had easy attic access and the customer already marked where they wanted the box. Zero rework and I even got a $20 tip from an old lady who said I was "the nicest installer she ever met." Anyone else ever have a day where everything just lines up perfectly?

That part about "everything lines up perfectly" really hit me because I used to think those days were just luck. But over time I realized you can stack the odds by doing little things right like prepping your tools the night before and keeping the van organized. Now I can usually tell by the first job if it's gonna be one of those smooth days.

That's wild because I had a first job last Tuesday that started with a customer handing me a warm soda and saying "take your time" then the attic was practically empty with a drop-down ladder already set up. I literally stood there for a second like "am I being pranked right now?" because the universe never works that nice for me. But then the second job had the panel pre-labeled with sharpie and I swear I almost called my dad to tell him about it.
