A customer in Akron told me my ladder setup was a safety hazard
He pointed out I had it leaning on a downspout instead of the solid brick. I bought a standoff stabilizer the next day and it's way more secure. What's your go-to method for setting up on uneven ground?

Honestly, how bad was it really leaning on the downspout? Those things are usually pretty solid.

Downspouts aren't that weak, half the time they'll hold a ladder fine if you're careful.

Saw a video where a guy used leg levelers on his ladder for a sloped driveway. Looked way safer than trying to prop it up with random stuff.
