I finally figured out why my drawer boxes kept splitting after 2 years

Last month at a shop in Portland I realized it was because I was skipping the glue-up on the dovetails, and now I'm wondering how many of you just use screws for the back and call it good?

Is it worth the risk of them coming loose down the road though?

Tighten 'em properly once and that worry's about as real as a politician's promise.
