Had to pick between Blum soft-close and standard hinges on my last kitchen job

I was doing a kitchen remodel in Austin a few weeks ago and the homeowner was unsure about spending the extra on Blum soft-close hinges. I told them it would run about $180 more for the whole cabinet set, and they decided to go for it halfway through the install. After getting them dialed in, the client couldn't stop smiling about how quiet everything was when they slammed a door by accident. Has anyone else had a customer change their mind mid-project on hardware?

couldn't stop smiling" - yeah that's the thing. Soft close changes EVERYTHING. Once people try it they never go back.
