Had to pick between a full dado stack or a router jig for a batch of 24 drawer boxes

I went with the router jig to save setup time, but the plywood edges got a little fuzzy on the last few cuts. What's your go-to method for clean, repeatable drawer joints when you're under the gun?

Ugh, router fuzz is the worst. My secret weapon is a super sharp bit and a slower feed rate, even when I'm rushing.

What kind of bits do you find hold an edge the best? I've had some just go dull way too fast.

My old Freud bits used to last maybe three projects before getting fuzzy. I switched to Amana about a year ago and they're still cutting clean. The key for me is cleaning the bit with acetone after every use, even on a long day. That little bit of pitch buildup seems to dull the edge faster than the wood itself.
