Was dead against those mesh laundry bags until I lost a sock for the 8th time
My wife kept buying them and I thought they were pointless, but after finding zero socks missing from 3 loads in a row I'm sold. Anyone else have a household item they mocked and then adopted?

Start with the mesh bags but then think about what else you might be wrong about. Are there other things your wife pushed for that you shot down and then had to admit she was right? I'm asking because I've been there with those silicone jar openers. Thought they were a gimmick, but after struggling with a pickle jar for 10 minutes and stabbing my hand with a butter knife, I bought a set. Now I use them on everything from pasta sauce to nail polish. Makes me wonder if my "skepticism" is just me being stubborn.

Ngl, I used to be exactly like that. I fought my partner on getting a dish drying mat for like a year, thought it was pointless when we had a rack. Finally caved and bought one on a whim, and honestly now I cant imagine not having it. Makes me look back at all the other dumb hills I died on and wonder how much easier life could have been if I just listened sooner.

You ever had a buddy refuse to use a simple thing for years then admit it changed his life?
