My beef chuck sinew struggle fixed by a flat knife angle

I always had trouble removing sinew from beef chuck. It took too long and left good meat behind. One day, I watched a seasoned butcher at work. He placed his knife nearly flat on the meat surface. Then he gently slid it along the sinew lines. I tried this method and it came off clean and fast. Now I finish chuck cuts quickly with less waste. This small change really helped my daily routine.

I mean the flat angle thing does help, but is it really that big of a deal for a home cook. Idk, maybe it's just me but it sounds like a minor fix.

Seriously! It's crazy how the smallest fix can unlock a bigger thing, like realizing most problems just need you to change your angle a bit.

Minor fixes build up to big changes though.
