Vent: my ISP rep promised me a dedicated line and my crew's trailer still buffers on job site photos
Signed a 2 year deal in March for what the sales guy kept calling a dedicated business line, and we still can't pull up client photos at the site trailer without the little circle spinning for 30 seconds. Turns out "dedicated" meant dedicated to the neighborhood node, not us. Anybody got a provider in the Midwest that puts the real upload number in writing before you sign?
