Can we talk about the stat that 40% of small businesses in rural areas still run on DSL from 2008?
I saw that number in a FCC broadband report last week and it floored me, because I always assumed most places had at least basic cable by now, so I am curious if anyone here has clients stuck on old copper lines and what you actually do about it.

Watching rural DSL limp along feels like watching payphones stick around years after everyone got cell phones.
