TIL the Seattle library had a bullet journal display and it was all about fancy pens, not the system.

Honestly, seeing that made me think we're focusing on the wrong thing, so has anyone else found a public spot that actually gets the point of rapid logging?

Messy journals are the only honest ones, @joseph_adams66. My own notebook looks like a raccoon got into some ink and had a panic attack. There's a grocery list next to a half-baked idea for a movie, a coffee stain that looks like a sad ghost, and a phone number with no name. If it's too neat, you're just lying to yourself and the paper.
