Shoutout to the random YouTube video that told me my bullet journal habit tracker was actually making me anxious

I stumbled on a video from some therapist in Chicago who looked at 50 bullet journals and said 80% of people ditch their trackers within 3 weeks because they're too much pressure, and now I'm wondering if my monthly mood tracker was doing more harm than good.

I used to be one of those people who'd roll their eyes at stuff like that, thinking "it's not that deep, just move on." But @julia_lee, your post really got me thinking. I had a moment last week where I caught myself overanalyzing a two-word text from a friend and realized, wait, maybe it actually is that deep sometimes. It's like when you're looking at a weird stain on a sidewalk and then realize it's shaped like something meaningful - you can't unsee it once you notice.
