My favorite fountain pen sprung a leak and ruined a whole monthly spread I'd just finished.
After the ink dried, I carefully cut out the ruined pages from my Leuchtturm1917 and used washi tape to bind in some fresh sheets, which actually made the section look kind of cool and personalized.

Oh man, that reminds me of my friend's whole mess last year. Her cat knocked a full glass of water onto her open Hobonichi. She was so upset, but then she dried it with a hairdryer and patched the wrinkled pages with floral washi tape. It ended up looking like a weird art project, and now she says it's her favorite part of the whole book because it has a story.

Oh man, that sucks so bad. I feel your pain on that one. @derek_schmidt6 I know exactly what you mean about the Midori fix, same vibe. Cutting and taping new pages in feels so risky but looks awesome when it works. Yours sounds like a happy accident, that's the best kind.
