I just counted my completed collections and hit 50, which is way more than I ever thought I'd stick with.
It made me realize I've actually been using this thing consistently for over two years now, which is a record for any system I've tried. Anyone else surprised by a specific number in their bujo that showed real progress?

Found my old grocery list from two years ago in the back of my first bujo. Comparing it to my current one, I crossed off 27 items last week that used to be aspirational "healthy" foods I never actually bought. Seeing that shift on paper made the lifestyle change feel real.

That's exactly it, the paper trail is the real proof. I've noticed a bigger pattern with that sort of thing, how we buy stuff based on who we want to be instead of who we actually are. For example, two years ago I had a whole shelf of "fancy" vinegars and spices I never touched because I wasn't actually cooking those complicated meals, just liked the idea. @karen_perry38, I can see why it sounds over the top to someone who hasn't done the comparison, but seeing those 27 old items crossed off is the kind of hard evidence that makes a person feel like their habits actually shifted, not just their intentions.

Sounds a bit over the top.
