Finally hit 30 consecutive days in my bullet journal and it feels weirdly huge
I started bullet journaling back in January and kept dropping it after like a week every time. Got distracted by fancy layouts or just forgot to open the thing. But this time I stripped it down to just a daily log and a simple future log (no collections or trackers at all). Hit 30 days straight yesterday and I honestly didn't think I'd make it past day 10. The whole thing clicked when I stopped trying to make it look pretty and just used it as a brain dump for my ADHD brain. Now I can actually see patterns in my mood and work habits which is kind of wild. Has anyone else had a random number milestone sneak up on them like that?

What did you start noticing about your mood patterns?

I tracked my mood for three weeks last year and honestly I noticed no real patterns at all. Some days I felt great for no reason, other days I felt down right after a good workout or a productive morning. The data just seemed random and it made me question if tracking moods actually tells you anything useful or if it just makes you overthink how you feel.

Isnt it wild how the simple approach just works better? I had the same thing happen with my habit tracker. I stripped mine down to just three things - water, steps, and reading - and suddenly I actually kept up with it past the first week. It made me see I was way more consistent with water on work days but totally slacked off on weekends. Now I keep it ugly and functional and its stuck for 60 something days now.
