Bought a $45 'minimalist' journal and it fell apart in 3 weeks
Spent 45 bucks on some fancy notebook from a boutique store, and the spine completely cracked by week three. Anyone else fall for the premium journal trap and just stick to a basic $5 one now?

Honestly I read somewhere that some people just buy them for the aesthetic but never actually write in them haha. I tried writing daily but gave up after a week.

My friend bought one of those expensive leather journals and carried it everywhere for months. Never wrote a single word in it, just liked having it in her bag.
