Shoutout to the 10,000th brick I laid on the Jefferson St. school job
I was 19 and counting bricks on a napkin just to stay awake on a school addition in Fort Worth. Hit 10,000 by lunch on day four and it hit me that my grandpa probably laid a million in his life without ever keeping a count. Now we've got laser levels and apps tracking every course, but nobody counts the bricks anymore. Does anyone here still keep a tally just for themselves?
