I used to skip cleaning my trowel between mixes

Thought it was a waste of minutes when I was in a rush. Then I got a bad set on a critical joint that cost me hours to fix. Now I wipe it down every time, no exceptions.

Yeah but sometimes you gotta move fast in construction too lol. Overthinking every little thing can cost you just as much time as rushing.
