My dad's 20-year loyalty to one drill brand finally cracked last weekend
He watched me finish a deck in 3 hours with a competitor's brushless model and just said 'that's not supposed to happen' while holding his 15-year-old corded relic. Has anyone else had a family member stubbornly stick to a brand even after seeing the numbers fail them?
