I watched a guy at a Portland coffee shop argue with the barista for 10 minutes because they were out of his oat milk brand.

He said the other brand 'tastes like cardboard' and left without his drink. Has anyone else seen brand loyalty get that intense over something small?

Got into a weird standoff at the coffee shop last week because they were out of oat milk. The guy behind me started muttering about almond milk conspiracies. Whole thing felt like a bad spy movie, but with more steamed milk.
