Hitting 100 five-star reviews on my small paint crew today

We crossed 100 five-star reviews on our company page after three seasons of work. I track every job myself, so I knew we were close, but seeing that number hit this morning surprised me. Most of those came from repeat homeowners who remembered my name, not just the work. That matters because people stick with a painter they trust, not the cheapest bid. One review even mentioned how I showed up on time every day for a week in July. Has anyone else seen a loyalty milestone sneak up on them like that?

My dentist hit a similar wall last year when his hundredth review came from a guy who specifically praised the waiting room fish tank, which totally cracked me up because I'd never even noticed it existed. Coming up on that number makes you realize the stuff people remember is almost never the stuff you thought mattered. Good on you for being the kind of painter they want to talk about past the paint job itself.
