Used to binge entire seasons in a weekend now I'm lucky to get through one episode before falling asleep on the couch

After having a kid 18 months ago my watching style flipped from staying up until 3am finishing a show like The Bear to pausing something as simple as Abbott Elementary five times just to get through dinner, so how do you guys with limited free time choose what to actually commit to watching without feeling like you're wasting the rare quiet hour you got?

Honestly this is my life now too, I used to crush three episodes of Succession in one night and now I'm excited if I make it through ten minutes of a cooking show without my kid needing something. Tbh I've just accepted that anything over 30 minutes is a risk and I stick to shows with short episodes like Bob's Burgers or Taskmaster so I can actually finish something before I pass out. Ngl the real trick for me is watching the same episode twice because I definitely missed half of it the first time while dealing with snacks and a diaper blowout.

Everything good gets binged or abandoned now.
