I finally noticed the difference in my brother after he moved back home
My brother lived out in Denver for 5 years. When he came back to our small town in Ohio last month, I could barely have a conversation with him. He used to be super laid back, now he talks a mile a minute and interrupts everyone. I think it's the altitude or the pace of the city that did it. He says it's just how people talk out there now. Has anyone else seen a big personality change in someone after they moved?

My sister did the same thing after she came back from Austin... @nora_dixon is right about them not realizing it. I started giving her a little hand signal every time she talked over me at dinner, just a small wave so she'd see it and slow down. After about two weeks she finally caught on and started catching herself before I even did the signal. It took her like 3 or 4 months to fully settle back into our slower rhythm around here.

Yeah, the way he talks a mile a minute and interrupts everyone" is spot on. I've seen this happen before. One of my old coworkers came back from a year in New York City and she couldn't stop talking over people. She said everyone out there just cuts in because conversations move so fast. But here in Ohio, people wait their turn and take pauses. It took her about six months to slow back down and stop finishing everybody's sentences. Your brother might not even realize he's doing it until someone points it out.
