Took me 7 weeks to figure out why my monstera's new leaves kept coming out solid green
Turned out my "bright indirect light" spot in my Denver apartment was only getting about 400 foot-candles, so I moved it 3 feet closer to the south window and now I'm getting 9 fenestrations on a single leaf, so tell me your light meter readings if you actually bothered to check them.
