My old greenhouse finally gave out last week after three years
I put it up in my backyard in the spring of 2021, and it was perfect for my seedlings. Last month, the plastic started to get really brittle and cloudy. Then a big wind came through and tore a huge hole in one side. I'm trying to decide if I should try to fix it or just get a new one. What do you all do when a greenhouse gets to this point?

Tape up that hole and see if it holds. My first greenhouse looked like a science project gone wrong by the end, patched with more duct tape than plastic. If the frame is still solid, a new cover is way cheaper than a whole new setup.

Honestly, duct tape gets brittle in the sun after a while. Might be worth trying that clear gorilla tape instead, it seems to hold up better to weather.

Ever try that clear gorilla tape? I used to swear by duct tape too, but the clear stuff lasts way longer in the weather.
