Serious question, I blew off the 'funny smell' warning on my PVA and lost a whole text block
A binder in Tulsa kept telling me to smell my PVA every morning and I thought it was nonsense until my glue went sour in the pot and I had to cut apart 6 signatures I'd already sewn. Now I do the sniff test first thing and I'm wondering what other cheap habits you all picked up that sound silly but actually saved a project.
