Stop using box inserts as-is, that's a rookie move
I spent 6 months playing Wingspan with the original insert and every setup took 15 minutes of sorting. Last week I finally grabbed a $12 organizer from a local shop in Portland and now setup takes under 3 minutes. The magnets on those stock inserts never hold everything where it should be, especially when you have the expansions mixed in. What do you use to keep your bigger games organized, or are you still digging through the baggie pile too?

The 15 minute setup thing hits home, I timed mine at 18 once with all the expansions and that was the breaking point. But here's my question for you, do you actually keep the organizer on the table during play or do you still use the box as a bank? I got one of those fancy foldout trays and half my group ends up knocking pieces everywhere, so I'm wondering if organizers really solve the table space problem or just the sorting one.
